Totally disgusted

<p> I would like to express my disgust. I stayed at the resorts top chalets. The villas. The outside braai lights were not working. I called the resort and they said a maintenance man would arrive soon. The maintenance man was so drunk that he couldn't even stand up straight. He broke the light fittings and the guests and myself were shocked. I complained to the security and at the same time the bakkie pulls up to the gates. The maintenance man proceeded to get out of the vehicle and put up another performance at the gates for me complaining about his drunkeness. The security managed to calm the guy down and off he went. I ended up braaing alone in the dark both the Friday night and the sat night. The next morning while driving out of the resort we were greeted by a very angry mob. The hotel staff were on strike. They blocked the road leading to the resort exit. We were forced to turn around. . The mob performed for most of the day. The guests were to scared to leave the chalet. The next week I received an email from the manager of the resort and he advised me that the maintenance man will be dealt with. I advised the manager that he was there at the behest of the resort. I asked how can the resort send a guy in that state. The guests were in shock. The manager never rep**** to me. I don't think he knows how much was spent for that extremely unpleasant experience. That is how the resort treats their guests who stays at their most expensive chalets</p>
