terrible service

<p>We had booked 3 challets months in advanced all next to each other but when we got there they told us that some1 else called and specifically asked for the 1 we had so they gave our challet away that was just the beginning we then went to our challet to find the challet reeking of cigarettes, dirty floors, dirty sink in the bathroom, pretzels in the cupboard and also when it came to night time we could smell gas and a few lights were not working. When we went to the hot pools for the kids they told us the pump is broken so we must go complain at the office which we did only to hear the response that its not their fault about the pump and we must pay for the kids, they send a guy with a light and he gives it to us to put in, they say they going to send some1 to clean, the person comes sprays air freshener and tightens the gas bottle and leaves also the outside lights by the braai wasnt working </p>
