****roach infestation!

So we booked into the small montagu chalets for the weekend 6 - 8 March 2020. We booked out units 13 14 15 and 88... i myself was staying at unit 13 and on arrival it did not look the cleanest however i brushed it off as we were bringing our things in from the car my wife discovered a ****roach on the coffee table and we ****ed it and thought nothing there of as we are in a mountainous area... We then discovered a baby ****roach and then it became concerning however we still did not want to believe we have a problem it was about 30min later i discovered another baby ****roach and then i said noways this is definitely an infestation, my wife and mother inlaw then went to security to complain and they offered DOOM! DOOM??? Are u serious? They thought it was quite funny and we said we cannot stay in that unit as it is infested and it will surely climb into our things and we have a 3 month old baby and toddler it is unsanitary... they then gave us unit 16 and i had to move all our things over after having to pack everything up again we were so disgusted.. i went back and took numerous pics and videos of how they were crawling on the beds and in the fridge on the counters and cupboard so so freaked out honestly i said this is the last time il be staying here and just advise for people booking in please check and double check the cupboards especially where the crockery is for your own safety.. no one has called us to apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge what had happened and what they plan on doing to better the place.. honestly in my opinion it is time to do a full revamp montagu!
