Poor Service No lights, poor hygiene, Terrible expierience

<p>We visited in April during the long weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apon arrival the electicity went out, and all they said we must wait for it to go back on, it came back on for a little while and continued to go off leaving us in complete darkness. No apologies were given by management or anyone for that matter. We asked for a tv remote and they indicated they will contact the owner for the remote and never got back to us.</p> <p>The hot pool was cold the next day, which was ridiculous as it was extremely cold. The place has donwgraded the gas is all up in your face. the couches were broken. There's no animals for the kids to feed anymore. For all the money you have to pay at Montagu Springs its not worth it for the Service you get and the bad condition the chalets are in.</p> <p>Will never go there again. Disgusted.</p> <p>Whoever the new management are sould be ashamed of the state and service this place is in.</p> <p>The advertising on the internet should be changed as they do not provide the services and indicated on the website.</p>
