Not child friendly...

So it was my first time at the resort, likewise for my guest. I booked the 4 sleeper at Josmont Heights (thinking it's very jeju). The occasion was to celebrate my wife's bday and award that she had won at work. Needless to say we were in a festive spirit. Upon arrival, check-in was brilliant etc. Night 1: Upstairs neighbour knocked on the door threatening to call security (as if I respond well to threats) as my 3 year old son was too 'noisy' after 11pm. The upstairs chalet is for couples FYI. Of course, I just nodded, apologized obo my 3 year old and then forced him to go sleep. Night 3: Security came to knock, noise level. Again my poor 3 year old.

My conclusion: Montagu Springs is not kid friendly, at all. The construction and architecture of the Josmont Heights Chalets are seriously not well thought out. How do you build a bedroom above a lounge area ?. I'm addition, how do you confine a 3 year old. This place is thus not child friendly and not for the young at heart. It is literally lights out by 11pm. It is like living in an old aged home. I am so not about this life. The staff are very friendly and helpful (except for the one who threw the spade at me, I was probably disturbing him, whilst requiring a spade). This, however, does not make up for the fact that they are not child friendly. They should seriously consider excluding kids. I cannot apologize for a flippen 3 year old. Worst stay ever... and I have been around the block, a couple of times.

What ****ed me off the most is the fact that I paid for a stay that was dictated by my upstairs neighbour. J@$ I will never allow myself to be subjected to this again.
