no water
I stayed at montagu springs for a weekend and by Saturday morning the water was off.<br> <br> We we're told that it would be back on in an hour-this never happened. <br> <br> Infact the water never went back on. <br> <br> We were only able to shower upon arriving the first night. <br> <br> Keep in mind this is a resort with pools with chemicals in them, being unable to rinse this off is hazardous to the skins health.<br> <br> We weren't able to shower or bath, wash the dishes , have drinking water , I couldn't take my medication Or USE OR FLUSH the toilet.<br> <br> This made the entire stay unpleasant and unhygienic. <br> I was told I would get refunded for the Saturday. <br> <br> This has been over a month ago and I'm yet to receive the refund. <br> <br> I usually stay at avalon springs portion and have never had a problem before , with this having been my first time staying at montagu I doubt that I would visit again or recommend anybody else to as this was down right a bad experience with no follow up for the pricey accommodation. <br> <br> Not satisfied.
