No warm water

After confirming with Montagu springs before even paying a deposit, that their pool pump will be fixed in time by the time we arrive in June 2023. They confirmed that it will. Only to find out now 2 weeks Before coming and after I only called that the pump is STILL not fixed. And thst when it's loadshedding the temperature will always drop. Yet the managaress tells me another story that they are awaiting on parts. And they happy to refund me the full amount. Please be very careful when booking with them. Because no wants to arrive at a place where there's supposed to be warm water. But they can't even provide u with that
