Irate guest and not child friendly

Extremely disappointed in there lack of service, accountability and the place. We rented a bicycle on the 28th of June and my 11 year old son was given a bicycle with no back brakes and the front brakes did not want to release from the wheels. Thus caused my son flying from the bicycle on the gravel road. Which had no signage for kids to be aware to slow down on the decline road. The only assisted to call the ambulance and that is it. We were admitted in Worcester hospital, when we came back the next day, no one in the office came around to our chalet to apologise or ask how we can make it easier for my son who had to go in for operation for his broken arm and a K-Wire had to be implanted into his arm to keep his bones intact. They still charged him R20 a band for the luke warm pool even though he cannot swim. Their lack of bad equipment and not even getting a refund or anything. They are ******* with no respect for our kids welfare and safety. The signage only went up on the road the day we left. When I drop the keys at the office, the manager on duty was never told about the incident. The lack of accountability and sympathy non in void. I will never again spend money for this resort again. extremely unsatisfied. Will all the load shedding and no lamps they provided, we were constantly in the dark and its icy cold. They couldn't invest in any generators for the guest.
