****ing terrible.

Truly awful. Stayed in the plettenbergs. The first one had a whole in the floor which was covered with some tape. The couch had massive rips, the light shade was missing, there was mold everywhere, no mattress in the bunkbeds. The. Moved to a different unit which reeked of urine with other maintenance issues. Then to access the warm pool you have to pay R20 a day which is ridiculous as you’re already paying for the accommodation! The WiFi is also capped at 1gb and you have to go to reception to buy more. Again daylight *******.

Then - to get to the actually springs we had to pay R165pp. Once inside you realize you can’t even access half the pools which are for hotel guests only. You have access to one slide and some river pools. Very limited. Made me so mad.

This place is essentially *****ing money from hardworking people wanting to have a nice getaway. Shame on them. Shame.
