False Advertising, Disgusted

My friend and i both booked two units for this week. Upon arrival we were so shocked at what the place looked like. The curtains are ripped the fridges doesnt work, the toilets dont flush and so many more. I feel like contacting the health and safety. I want a refund on my booking yet no one has made contact regarding this issue
