Bad Service

Just arrived home from a 4 day stay at Montagu Springs.. it was my first time and I must say it is a very nice place, however the plettenberg chalet we stayed at which was number 89 had stinking bedding.the duvet and pillows Smelt like stink feet. My family who were staying at number 95 had the same problem and there bedding were changed. After there bedding were changed the housekeeper was sent to my chalet. She told me that I need to inform reception. I then decided to call reception to inform them and they said they will send someone to xhange the bedding. Hours went by and and no one came. I then gave them a call and told them that im still waiting for someone to come change the bedding. I was then told that I was suppose to go to reception to collect the bedding myself and change it my self. Why the hell should I go to reception to fetch the bedding when they were suppose to make sure that the chalet is clean before we arrived. So for the whole stay at montagu I had to sleep with no cushion or bedding because I refuse to slp with bedding that smells like stink feet
