Bad service

<p>The view is lovely. BUT I was there the weekend with a few friends and our kids and I really didn't enjoy myself the baby heated pool was broken so we had to PAY for them to get into the adults pool which I think is unfair as they would've been plating in the kiddies heated pool for free if it wasn't broken also when we complained they asked us "what must I do?". Also most of the stuff was broken like the lights ,we also didn't have some cutlery , cups ,plates etc.</p> <p>The service is pathetic the friends that I came with their place smelt like cigg smoke and the floors where dirty when we got there. Then we complained to each other and the cleaners over heard and said "now we must deal with this people". </p>
