Refuses to return our deposit- Jackel Creek golf estate

<p>They expect the place to look like brand new after 1 year of usage. Charge R300 to tighten a loose door hinge, wants to replace a stove which is in absolutly perfect condition except needs to be cleaned abit. Since the time we moved on they have given us problems, took them 3 months in order to give us enough hot water in the flat. Been 3 months since we left the place and still they refuse to return our deposit and still wants us to pay more money to a quotation that makes absolutly no sense at all. Im not even the first tenant to be complaining about the pathetic services.</p>
