Still Waiting on Refund

7 Dec 2015 - Upon arrival they could not open the office and I had to use my personal tools to open the office for them. Sign posting was not clear on the site and we damaged one vehicle due to poor condition of the road. We then decided to cancel the nights stay and was promised that the money will be refunded swiftly. One month later I'm still waiting on my refund. <br> <br> The owners (who was not even there at the time) now wants to pinch my refund
