Shocking admin

Montagu Guano Cave and booking process is SHOCKINGLY PATHETIC. I booked 3 years ago Easter 2020. I paid your non-refundable deposit WITH the correct reference number. COVID happened so I tried booking for 2021. You were fully booked so I immediately booked for Easter 2022. You confirmed my booking in writing a year ago, but somehow our booking went "missing". Now you you shrug your shoulders because you don't have my booking and you have rebooked those sites to other visitors who booked and paid this year?? You can apparently not go back on your word with them, but so easily do it with us. Now you say Karen, who answered me, is not working with bookings? Why the hell was she answering the emails sent to "BOOKINGS"@rmgc.co.za. Wrong e-mail addresses, the complete lack of allocating a deposit, miscommunication (or the lack thereof), not answering phone calls etc etc etc and the list goes on. Your massive internal mess and *********** admin setup is not my problem. Own up to your mistakes or don't do business.
