bad service ***

I called to make a booking a month ago and I was told to that there is plenty of space and I should email my booking as I needed two plots as we are a family of 12,i did as instructed and followed up two weeks after my booking and I was told that they don't do family bookings and I spoke to a lady called Jessica who later reffered me to a Karen who assured me that she would sort me out and I left my number because she said she would call me at the end of the day, long story short I had to get back to Karen myself after 2 days and she told me that the place was fully booked.

iam highly disappointed by your services as my family was looking forward to this holiday and we had already made plans
