Bad infestation of bed bugs

We were a group of friends that stayed at Guano caves from 30th Jan till 1 Feb 2015. We all woke up a with bites the Saturday morning but thought maybe mosquito bites from sitting outside the night before but when we woke up the Sunday morning with more bites we put it down to bed bug bites which the doctors have confirmed. We alerted reception upon checking out and they told us that the resort was closed the week before for fumigation as they are aware of the problem, so why accept more bookings while this is going on.
