Disgruntled visitor to Montagu Guano caves

My daughter and I took a daytrip to Montagu today and decided to go check out the restaurant at Guano caves for lunch. Arriving I stopped infront of the gates and got out to ask for directions, as we've never been. The old lady at reception shouted at me to just go park. I was flabbergasted to say the least, so I was just standing ,looking at her in disbelief. Next, she leaned forward and told me again slowly and enunciating her words as if I couldn't hear or understand her. I haven't been subjected to this level of disrespect in a long time. South Africa is becoming a real hub for tourism, so I really cannot understand that in this day and age reception people can still act this way towards visitors. Any places reception or front desk are the gateway to creating happy and satisfied return-customers. That said, I returned to my car and almost turned around to go find another restaurant. But having travelled to Montagu specifically for this reason, we still visited the restaurant and I'm so glad we did! Greattt service from our friendly waitress, good food and ambience. And last, but not least, the best alcoholic milkshake, we will definately return to the restaurant. Please can the owners do something about the reception lady though? As a visitor/patron/tourist I should've been welcomed and treated with at least the same respect I afforded her, if not more, as I picked your establishment out of many others to spend my hard-earned money at.
