Bad Restaurant & Bar Service

My family and i were day campers for the day at the resort (31.12.0217) , and we were a bit early so we decided to have a brekkie at the restaurant. The service was very poor, we waited for over an hour for our food & the filter coffee tasted horrible . Also waited for the bill another 15min. The waiter was not once at the table... I dont always complain due to the fact that im also in the food industry. But this was not on. Rather explain to your client/customer why everything is taking so long ... dont leave them in the dark.

We spend a really good amount of money to be there that day and making use of the bar / pool facility ... but you will stand for over 10min at the bar and not get helped or people that got there after you will get helped first... slushy machine also could not keep up on the demand.

Outside by the pool area the waiters does not even clear all the tables on a regular basis , so you get serviettes, bottles and cans blowing around when the wind comes up (there is also not even dustbins for people to put their ******* in, so waiters needs to clear) .

But overall the facility is beautiful and everybody enjoyed them selves. It just needs to e more prepared for season times.
