Refund not processed on policy that was not cancelled

We processed a cancellation on an insurance policy on behalf of our client, however the debits for the policy never ceased. When querying this in March we received notice in writing that a refund will be processed. The refund has still not occurred and even after laying formal complaints there has been no response or resolution. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of assistance and the broken promises by Mont Blanc Financial Services!
