No feedback on insurance claim

I have a motorcycle insured through Mont Blanc Financial services. I changed over to another insurance plan end November with a better insurance rate via Mont Blanc which ended up uncompleted without my knowledge. I now have a cracked rear rim and ****** riding gear which I need to claim which I informed Mont Blanc on the 18th of March 2015 for the first time. They then discovered that I do not have a policy number with the insurance company for the motorbike due to internal defaults between the two companies. They had a managers meeting on the 1st of April 2015 regarding payment of my claim and ever since I have been struggling to get any information from Mont Blanc relating to my claim. All I need is feedback on my claim as I can not ride my bike at this stage with the cracked rim and no safety gear.
