Monsters Den - **** Catering

"Chef" Dee is a **** artist of note.

She was hired for my wedding in February 2023 and the following occurred:

90 meals were plated. We paid for 117 people and only 110 people actually attended which means there should have been left overs which there was not - in fact, myself, my husband and many guests went without a meal.

The food that was plated was served cold.

The desserts were not enough for 117 people and did not include ANY of the 8 agrees upon desserts.

I raised these issues and was met with excuses and silence and in a position of having paid for services I didn't receive.

I attempted to serve legal papers on Dee but she has managed to evade and duck and dive from the Sheriff on more than 3 occasions.

Absolutely zero ethics and no experience in catering. She does not have a "team" as she claims - unless you consider her 8 year old son and her domestic helper as her "team" as these were the only two people she brought to assist during the tasting and the wedding.
