Very Bad Service
Monsters Plumbing were contracted by Discovery to replace two geysers at my house. The geysers were replaced, but during the process the technician stepped right through the ceiling. They informed me of this, but never came back to repair the damage to the ceiling. My house has been sold, but due to the damage, the transfer attorneys will not pay the transfer fees etc. Upon contacting them, they keep saying that Discovery should sort it out, even though they have caused the damage.

Some time has past since you wrote this report, we unfortunately did not receive the notification of this posting. We would like to state that our technician slipped through your ceiling due to it being damp and compromised from water damage. Once our installation of your geysers were complete, we sent a full report through to Discovery advising them of this incident. As explained to you on numerous occasions as per our contract with DI, we have to report any damages and they send out their suppliers in that field (ie: A Roofing Company) for any repairs. As we are Plumbers and not Roofing specialists it is in your best interest to get the correct contractor for the job. We followed up a few times on your behalf with regards to when DI will be sending out the roofing company and copied you into emails and kept you updated as much as we could. The fact that you had your own opinion on the matter and decided to post this report is unfair and unreasonable. We had even followed up with DI and yourself to make sure the contractors had come out for the repair and they did. But yet, there is no follow up post on here to advise that the info we gave you was in fact correct. Thank you.
