Monster energy violating CPA Legislation NO EVIDENCE OF COMPETITION PRIZES ADVERTISED BEING HANDED TO THE WINNERS THE CLAIM WON

Monster energy SOUTH AFRICA promoted a win a car and motor vehicle competition late last year

To date Monster have failed to offer any evidence of these prizes so widely used to promote and incentivize sales of their energy drinks

in line with competition CPA legislator regulation

Any business driving product through prize give aways there must be evidence the prizes indicated have in fact been won and handed over

I requested evidence of this and Monster stated it would be released on 7th February which has come and gone

There is clear cause for concern here given the terms of the competition have not been upheld by monster

And further to that upon requesting the evidence of the promise of prizes being afforded to the supposed winners they claim have handed over to

By the 7th of February which I have in writing from monster

Has further not been given to the public

There is no evidence that the winners have recieved the prizes

Let alone any proof that the prizes even EXIST
