Bad marketing or ****??

There is a Monster Energy Competition running at Spar (1 Jul to 31 Nov 2022), where you buy any 500ml Monster Energy drink to take part. We have bought 5x cans to date and the codes do not work on the number (*120*7426#) shown on the advert. I have already sent 6 emails and called with no response from the AKQA offices and NO ONE is responding or helping with this problem. That's VERY POOR MARKETING FROM AKQA!!
