PAYED FOR BIKE PARTS BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT

In December 2013 I payed Mr Cloete R13 300,00 for motorcycle parts , I never received the goods - at first he swore at everyone including me and even threatened us - then he stated he is not a ***** - but I payed him the money and never received the parts OR the money back!!! TO ME THAT IS A *****! <br>
