I would strongly caution anyone considering using this repair centre. My vehicle was originally booked in for a routine gearbox and transfer case oil service. When the vehicle was returned, I noticed that the entire front left side of the vehicle, including suspension components, was covered in oil. The explanation provided was that the gearbox had been overfilled and that the technicians were supposed to have cleaned the overflow before returning the vehicle. Ultimately, I had to clean the oil residue myself. Shortly thereafter, the vehicle developed an oil leak from the transfer case and had to be returned to the workshop. I was advised that a seal installed during the service had been damaged and would be replaced under their workmanship warranty. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair turned into a prolonged process lasting more than a week, during which three seals were fitted and the transfer case was removed and reinstalled multiple times. During this period, the vehicle suddenly became stuck in 4WD. I was informed that the transfer case motor had failed and would need to be replaced. This was particularly concerning given that the transfer case motor had been replaced only a week earlier. The explanation provided by the repair centre was that, because it is an electrical component, it could fail after an hour or last forever. Given that the component was brand new and that the transfer case had been repeatedly removed and reinstalled during the warranty repairs, I found this explanation difficult to accept. The concerns did not end there. After purchasing and supplying a new replacement transfer case motor at my own expense, I later discovered that a used motor had been fitted to the vehicle instead. Fortunately, we conducted our own inspection and identified the issue. When this was brought to the repair centre's attention, there appeared to be little accountability, with the proposed solution simply being to bring the vehicle back so that the new part I had supp**** could be installed. Throughout the repair process, I encountered inconsistent explanations, conflicting information, and recommendations for repairs that I questioned. Customer service was disappointing, communication was poor, and responsibility for mistakes was not readily accepted. Rather than feeling like a valued customer, I was often left with the impression that generating additional revenue took precedence over resolving issues correctly and transparently. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective customers to exercise caution, ask detailed questions, and thoroughly inspect any work completed before leaving the premises. Sharing honest experiences helps consumers make informed decisions and encourages greater accountability within the industry. Also to add I received a request from the owner/partner to remove the negative review from Facebook since we had a chat however I have been blocked. The chat was out of desperation trying to find somebody to inform what is happening at the workshop and take accountability. We as a consumer still believe the negative financial impact we took by replacing a new part has not been acknowledged nor the repair to the vehicle exhaust tip that was damaged.
