Nose piercing experience

I pierced my nose a month ago at Monsta Ink Ushaka. The lady piercing had evidently used a needle too big and then proceeded to put in a very small stud resulting in the stud sinking into my piercing hole. A month later and it is still not healed due to the fact that the stud continues to sink into my skin and the piercing hole is now stretched and infected. This establishment needs to hire more qualified jewelers, this is extremely unacceptable. Their prices are too high for such a poor quality job.
