Builders Guarantee Not Upheld

I commissioned this company, through Morne Kruger, to do various building repair jobs, waterproofing and painting around my property. His 2 week duration turned into 2 months. I paid him in stages, then he told me he wasn't coming back. He'd just to install a handrail but said that was the amount outstanding. However, almost all the jobs he touched and guaranteed for 2 years need to be redone but no response from him. I sent him pictures and explained what went wrong but he didn't care. I have taken legal action but will have to go through the No Claims Court to get refunded. Don't touch this company. They are not reputable and lie constantly.
