Monrovile Manufacturers a ****

I purchased a product from Monrovile in late 2018. The product was incorrect when I checked it at home. The person I dealt with was Alfred "Oupa" Ledwaba. When I enquired about the product initially, Alfred was quick and fast with responses. Upon requesting for the correct product, Alfred assured me he would replace the product with the correct one. After that I struggled getting hold of Alfred and when I do get hold of him he makes the world of excuses. When I called from my cell phone, he would not answer but when I call from a number he does not know, then he suddenly answers the phone. The company is Monrovile Manufacturers, their web address is http://www.monrovile.co.za/. They have no landlines and Alfred only uses a cell phone. Please be aware of this company and Alfred "Oupa" Ledwaba. You may get conned like I did.
