Mono Pac worst customer service

Worst customer service ever. They insist that you order via whatsapp but then you wait sometimes days for a reply if ever. The sales person does not identify themselves so when they give you wrong information regarding delivery time, order times etc and when you complain then they want to know who you spoke to - how will I know?? Not recommended at all!!
