Free meal when order was late

A few days back I ordered from Monks Chinese Food. They were extremely late with delivery. When I phoned to query they graciously offered a free dish valued at R150 for the next time I order. Today I ordered again and I have to say I am extremely impressed with their excellent customer service. Will defnitely be going back!
