Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on you. But you *****ed me over three times.

For the third time now, the delivery man has arrived without the right change- forcing me to give home way more than I had planned. I feel I have to give a tip- therefore I end up giving a lot more. Unless monks gives me some sort of response, assuring me this won’t happen again, I will not order from them again. And neither will any of my friends and family! Sick and tired of sh*t service in Cape Town. This is my first complaint- I never complain- but this one just got me! If you want terrible service- go to monks.
