DISGUSTED AND NO REFUND, no alternative

Please tell me if I am unreasonable: (Monks Caravan Park) 1-7 January 2024. Paid R5700. NOTHING is not what we expected or promised Ria said: "NO REFUND" *Its just been cleaned.... *Mouldy Curtains....Daughter & I both asthmatic *Previous peoples hair still on sheets along with what looks like body fluids *Was told its better than tent camping....look at the state of the place *Floor dirty *toilet lid loose *Caravan rotting inside *asked to pay another R3750 for a chalet (after she said to my husband and I that she would move us to a chalet. *says Im the only person that has EVER been unhappy at Monks Caravan Cabins.

We were promised an experience "better than tent camping (caravan with a cabin" paid R5700 months in advance at Monks Caravan Park. When we arrived on 1 January 2024 I was immediately effected by the musky smell when I opened the door. I phoned the lady I had been dealing with immediately told her, something isn't right, I'm asthmatic and when that happens there's normally mould. She assured us, the place was cleaned just before we arrived. She said she would move us to a chalet the following day. Once she was gone, I recieved a whatsapp message saying I have to pay in R3750 (after I had driven out nearly R1300 Diesel to get there) She knew we had our 5 year old daughter with us and she put us in a cabin on a steep slope with a *LOOSE RAILING* (keep in mind at this point I told her My Daughter and I are both asthmatic and she had been to the doc a few days prior for a cough and she was still on antibiotics & penicillin) she assured me we would be fine.....so we had no other option but to sleep over. I cried throughout the night knowing my little girl was breathing in those spores. Throughout our whatsapp and email back & forth through the past few months. I had asked what we need to bring with. I was told, if you have a favourite mug or glass bring that otherwise everything you need is in your cabin.
