WORST SERVICE EVER

Your Level of service is the worst by far and you have No concern over the safety of your clients at all. I am a homeowner who took out an alarm with you guys and on the 21st of March at 23:23 I contacted you to report that one of the eyes in the house for my alarm was not working and kept flashing and it was preventing us from arming the alarm and you told me you noted this and technician would come on Monday as it was a weekend. <br> <br> at 23:59 I called you again to report this again and ask if the issue cannot be fixed sooner and you only then told me that a technician can be sent out but it will cost me extra which I did not have a problem with as there has been a number of ******ies in the area I live in especially over weekends .You then proceeded to inform me that you will be sending a technician through after calling again to tell me it will cost me extra and I had already indicated that is not a problem.<br> <br> From there on I called you multiple times(00:52,02:08,02:09,02:10) to find out when your technician will be getting to my house as we had been waiting and waiting and every time we were told the technician is on his way but he never showed.
