PUTTING LIFE AT RISK

Dear Monitor net: As I work in Abu Dhabi, some time back my wife reported that after load shedding there was an issue with the alarm. 4 days later MN sent out someone (Totally unacceptable response to a security issue), the battery was replaced. I returned from Abu Dhabi, same issue, I called, MN Technical would call back, they did not. Next day Erna called, they said they would get back, they did not. She called again, we missed your call (our bad). She called again, eventually the same technician came out. He found the battery not connected!!! The system had run on the beams battery. I am back in Abu Dhabi, today (19th) the alarm is not working at all...how is this possible...and I have been billed for something that does not work. PLEASE DO WHAT YOU ARE BEING PAID TO DO. My kids and wife are alone at home...you better hope nothing happens to them...we left ADT to join MN based upon reputation which has not failed you till this incident...sort it out ASAP
