No feedback on malfunctioning app

<p>MonitorNet's app is great when it works. When it doesn't, it's a potential disaster for me. It wasn't working this morning, and Lizaan said she'd give me feedback regarding this. She hasn't contacted me yet. But at least the app is working again.</p>
