MonitorNet Officers deserve Service Medals

Please allow me to commend a MonitorNet officer who realy represents, compliment and looks the part for the duties he performs. Only introduced to me as HAPPY (Tactical Response Unit), the officer demonstrated loyalty to his profession by taking interest in small details while patrolling.
