Monitor claim insurance

Monitor claim insurance. This company have failed me. I have send my claim through their store on the 18 April 2024 but until today no cell phone. According to their information the matter wil be resolved within 48 hours.So where is the truth from this?? I paid every month I need myself phone now. Monitor you have no customer service at all
