Heart of gold

<p>Good day<br />We would just like to commend an officer and share the story with management.<br />One of your reaction officers, Japie, has been on day shift this week. He always stops by our plot to greet my hubby who works from home. Sometimes they just give a quick wave hello and other times they have a chat. Leon has become very fond of Japie.<br />Yesterday Japie asked me why he isn't seeing Leon around. And I shared with him that he had an accident on Saturday, where he feel from 3.5m, head first, down a structure. Thankfully and by the grace of God he escaped without any brain or spinal injuries. He was very concerned.<br />Today is the first day he has been up and outside, and it so happened that Leon went to greet Japie when he did a drive pass. Japie says his heart is broken to see Leon injured like this. He left and a short while later returned with a small gift for Leon... he got him Mageu (known by the African culture to help strengthen them physically when they are injured or ill). I offered to return his money spent on this, but he refused. <br />Now although this may have nothing to do with armed reaction or alarms etc. This was an act of absolute kindness and a heart of pure gold from one of your amazing officers.<br />Thank you Japie, for caring about a client so deeply.
