Faulty alarm - 4 Months and still not fixed

We have installed a new alarm in January 2024. We had a working alarm system, however, Monitor Net offered us a system that can be managed with an app. It is four months later and our alarm system is still bot working. They can’t get the app to work on our phones. Each week either me or my husband have to ask if we can work from home to be present if a technician comes. Twice they made appointments with us, and nobody came out. The radio sends random “gost signals” that sets of the alarm. This happens night and day. It is unbearable. Sometimes the alarm goes off as much as 22 times in 2 hours. In addition, Monitor Net keeps on adding extras that were not on the initial quote. I would not advice anyone to install an alarm system from Monitor Net.
