25minutes no call after alarm goes off

Hi Everyone,<br> <br> I have not been with MonitorNet very long, and already I wish I never joined. Very early this morning around 2am 16 March 2015 our alarm went off, and only 25 minutes after the alarm was silenced did MonitorNet call center bother to call and see if anything is wrong. I mean, having a armed response service that YOU PAY FOR and getting service like this is amazingly bad. <br> <br> My recommendation if you are looking for a armed response company...... don't go with MonitorNet. I have had other instances with MonitorNet where they show up 20-30minutes later after the phone call... <br> <br> Oh... the call center person who phoned
