Wrong Phone Ordered & Delivered
Ahhh I went from excellent service with Lizelle to the complete bottom. The wrong device was delivered to me because the incorrect order was placed. I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB and an iPhone Pro 512GB was delivered to me. I opened the box without knowing the mess that had been made. I called in early on Monday to get this rectified by the Admin Supervisor it was escalated to. It is such a huge convenience being without a phone and I am so frustrated that I will have to wait once again for this to be corrected. I am still waiting and the only person that has been helpful is Lizelle in responding to me.

17 Sept 2021, 10:32Thank you. My issue is that no one had communicated ANYTHING to me. I just saw a courier guy arrive yesterday without no one saying anything. I had to double check that I am giving the right people the device. This is unprofessional. Truly.
