Veronica is the best consultant I have dealt with at Monitor SA in 4 years

My wife and I encountered a traumatic experience of being ******. The claim process was complicated in my case (my service provider was unable to blacklist my device, which was a single sim device).

The consult initially assigned to my claim accused me of lying as she tried to convince me that the lost device was a dual sim phone and that my sim was in sim slot 2 hence the reason the service prover was unable to blacklist the device. Simply put this claim experience was horrible and the worst being a customer for about 4 years.

This was until Veronica Singh took over the claim. This compliment is not a compliment to the company but a compliment to the consultant. She spent well over an hour on the phone with me trying to deal with my complex claim. I received updates by the hour post our call. As I was due to travel abroad she assisted in finalising my claim and I had my replacement device in 2 working days. She went as far as communicating with me on a Saturday outside of business hours.

This is the true essence of going the extra mile and customer service at its best. A true senior consultant, extremely professional, and patient. If I had it my way I would request that she deal with all future cases in the event of a claim. Thank you Veronica for your service, your efforts were duly noted. Being a customer of 4 years, I can irrecoverably say you are the best consultant I have dealt with at Monitor SA.
