********* and untruthful - Shocking integrity (they were great back in the day, things might be changing)

With such a lack of ethics and integrity, the only option might be the ombudsman, thereafter move to a competitor.

After a traumatic experience, more so for my wife. I have received the worst service after being a customer for nearly 4 years. For the first time, my service provider is unable to blacklist a device (that I received from Monitorsa). I've never experienced issues in the past 10 years with the blacklisting of a device until I received my replacement device from Monitor Administrators. Apparently, this is due to my sim being in the sim2 slot (that would make sense if my phone was dual sim). The consultant working on my case first insinuates that I am lying when I advise my phone was not a dual sim (I have the box with me), I then advised the consultant to get in touch with the service provider directly after going and forth on my end (I have the case reference), I also furnished them with the email contact details of a select branch. I called in to follow up 8 days later with Monitor only to be informed they are still awaiting a response from the branch. I just returned from the branch with a screenshot of what Monitor has requested. No email was sent from Monitor to the service provider, this is 10 days later, this I confirmed in the branch and would love to see evident from Monitor if indeed they reach out to the service provider. In branch, I was provided with the required screenshot with such ease, after being advised I should have simply emailed them as they work with many insurance companies. I get the sense Monitor was once good back in the day, it seems that may no longer be the case.

I request a response from a different consultant entirely not the current one assigned to my case
