TFG is a ****...******!!!!!!

After paying for 4 years they don't want to refund my money back.. I tried to claim 2022 they said my account is on arrears and the continued to take my money till now. When I call them they refer me to TFG customer service and when I get them they also refer me someone else.. The other lady fought with me and telling me that I was supposed to call and cancel the insurance. How so? Is that how they treat their customers with care!! 😏🤬🤬🤬 Ain't they supposed to give me alternatives and assist me. So for 2 years I'm just a charity case to TFG.. Donating my money. Is it because we don't have anything better to do with money that I hardly earned.. I'm defeated.
