What a great and most pleasant experience I had with the help of Lungani Duma who helped me with my claim insurance. We phone with frustration when we feel our claims take longer, but I was happy when I phoned monitors SA because of the great service I recieved from Lungani who kept me informed everyday about the process of my claim. I can not say much but to say thank you Mr Duma for your great help, Im happy to hear that my device is now on its way. Your a super Star.
