Super Service

<p>I have had the pleasure of being assisted by M****ena Hiagh of Monitor Administrators its been an absolute pleasure dealing with her as she always ensure that whatever you need and request are done on time.</p> <p>In the past i have dealted with consultant that dont value customer service but dealing with M****ena Hiagh has been memorable and I feel if theres any reward incentive at monitor she derserve to be given one as she lives the service value and such people are the ambassadors of your company.</p> <p>My encounter with her first started when I booked my phone for repairs and i was taken from pillar to post then my inqury was assigned to her, everytime i would email her wanting feedback she would come back to me without fail and on time. Even when she had assisted me she still made time for me to ensure whatever problems i had were sorted and taken care of, with all my dealings with the new MTN insurance company it hasnt been a walk in the park dealing with any of their consultant but M****ena she's one in a million.</p> <p>I would like to say thank you so much M****ena keep living the service standards and always do the same to other customers as your professionalism changed my view about your company.</p> <p>Words arent enough to express my gratitude and service you gave me, I plead with monitor to reward you for the outstanding service you offer.</p>
