I have cellphone insurance with TFG who uses Monitor Administrators to insure, my phone became lifeless on 17/07/2023 a claim was submitted on 18/07/2023 to this day I still have not been given an answer regarding my claim, Monitor administrators claims they are waiting on TFG with necessary documentation, I have followed up several times regarding this issue and always given the same answer for 3 weeks, I just got off the phone with them and it is still the same story, in 3 days from today it will be a month without a phone and yet I have been paying insurance for the past 4 years without fail but come claim time then you are given stories. I am realy disappointed in both TFG and Monitor administrators regarding this issue.
