Great same day service from Shahil. He was very helpful and extremely polite with all my questions when I called. After claim was approved the courrier was there for the handset the very next day. In a county where service delivery is so poor across many sectors, this was such a great experience. Totally impressed with the service. Would recommend it to anyone. Top marks.
